I only ate half a packet of crisps yesterday so I made up for it by eating loads today.
About 10 crackers with pure and cheezly,
Lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber with flaxseed oil and cider vinegar dressing,
2 spoonfuls of PB,
2 pears,
Toasted sandwich with cheezly and jalapeno peppers,
Small packet of kettle crisps,
3 cans of diet cream soda, lots of water and a cup of green tea.
Actually it doesn't sound that much really.
Br - A piece of marzipan cake and quitea few cups of (decaf) tea.
Snack - A pear and an alpro soya chocolate dessert.
Lunch - Shepherd's pie, broccoli and raw spinach. A fry's chocolate creme.
Dinner - is going to be noodles, with stir fried tofu, pepper, carrot, leek and sugar snap peas. The tofu's just marinating in some ginger and garlic and soya sauce Yum.
Breakfast: Toast and jam
Snack: fruit smoothie
Lunch: vegemite, cheezly, onion, mustard and jam sandwich. For some reason I just craved this. . . After eating it, I felt queasy and wanted to drag my tongue across the carpet!
Dinner: tuscan bean pizza and chips.

Lunch: leftover ww spagetti with mock meatballs and tomato basil sauce, to which i added chopped tomatoes, garlic olives and white onion.
Snack: packet of vegan jerky (Stonewall's brand)
Dinner: sandwich of horshradish hummus, herb mix, sliced tomatoes, shredded carrots, chopped green olives on ciabatta. water.
Dessert: I came home with a carton of chocolate cherry soy icecream, to find my sister had made a chocolate cake - How awesome is that? LOL. So, cake and icecream. (cake recipe from Joy of Vegan Baking).

This sounds more like the "What did you eat yesterday?" thread.
I ate a lot today. I know it's almost 5a.m., but I haven't gone to bed, so it still counts as today.
For breakfast/lunch, I had cinnamon oatmeal and peanut butter and jelly sandwich on The Vermont Company whole wheat bread (yum!!!). For dinner, I went out to Bus Boys & Poets, a social justice-oriented restaurant that labels its vegan items. Entrée was a delicious pizza called "The Vegan." Dessert was vegan blueberry cheesecake. The best dessert I've ever had! It was smaller than everyone else's humongous chocolate cake, but it still filled me up fast... by the end, it was making me feel sick! I gave the rest of the blueberries away because I couldn't take it anymore!

I've been thinking about having some peanut butter on bread or a cookie or something, but I'm not really hungry! Then I got a little hungry and thought I should have some nuts since it was midnight except I should get to sleep. Ta!
(Incidentally, I believe almonds are a good source of magnesium, as well as calcium, and fortified non-dairy milk would have a load of calcium all in one go without chewing a ton of almonds (but the almonds have stuff like magnesium too). I have read/heard that these are good for sleep, at least the calcium, I think the magnesium goes with that or something, I don't remember, I didn't hear/read all of it. I'll pay more attention tomorrow morning after I do my calculus. :P
