Hemp milk is awesome. I drink the plain living harvest brand. It tastes different than soy but I can't drink the milk, so hemp milk works out. I've never had hemp protein but I do use the seeds when I'm not using the milk. They're really awesome! Never had hemp coffee, either. I usually stick to fairtrade south american blends.

Breakfast: Porridge with soy milk and maple syrup
Lunch: Stirfried broccoli with chilli, chargrilled artichokes with a garlic, chilli and thyme dressing, 2 bananas, 1 Alpro Soy vanilla dessert
Dinner: Pittas with roasted red pepper hummous, 1 Alpro Soy caramel dessert, 1 choc chip cookie
So still a bit stressed LOL but obviously not so much because the food consumption has gone down a bit
