First you need:
(medium sized dutchpot or a pot approx 12cm height by 16cm width)
3 Onion
2 Tomato
3 cubes Garlic/3 table spoons Garlic paste
Mushrooms (to your taste)
Sunflower/olive oil 250ml
Peas, Sweetcorn, finely diced carrots, (to your taste)
7 Potatoes
spinach (to your taste)
corriander (enough to top the surface)
4 thyme sticks
2 Vegetable stock cube (Check the ingrdients make sure its what it says)
(You can use Yam, sweet potatoe, and green banana's aswell instead of normal potatoes!!)
Jar of jerk seasoning (or make your own)
Tomato Puree
Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons of salt
3 table spoons grounded coarse pepper
(1 scotch bonnet pepper for spice) !!!! (For spicy vegans only)

First you want to peel both onions and slice them in half, finely chopping them vertical, add to the pot and use a wooden spoon to seperate. next finely dice the garlic and add to pot, next chop the corriander and add to pot. Chop the tomatoe's the same way as onions and add them to pot. Chop the mushrooms add to the pot, chop the spinach add to the pot add peas and sweetcorn to the pot Add the salt and pepper to the pot, lastly, squeeze a small mountain of tomatoe puree.

Next peel your potatoe's & carrots (yam and sweet potatoe if you prefer or mix, up to you!)
Put them to boil in water. (add the scotch Bonnet pepper for spice if you like spicy foods, if not do not!)
Now add the oil to the pot with the chopped vegetables.

Now get your jar of jerk seasoning take 3 tablespoon heaps add to a large cup add 2 vegetable stock cubes to the cup, 2 tea spoons of soy sauce and add boiling water to make your soup, bring to top and stir with a long tea spoon, add to the pot witht he vegetables and boil.

To finish off add carrots to pot have boiled or mash in with the potatoes, once mashed, add all to the soup and stir repeatedly until ready to serve
