Have you tried the Fat-Free Vegan website? All of Susan's recipes looks great and are low-fat http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/categor...izers-and-dips
salsa! only like 30 cals for 1/4 of a pot!
I make it with only a little tahini. And very little oil. It's more protein than fat that way.
Use a shallow dish so you can't dip as deep
The Veganomicon has a recipe for Cauliflower hummus (similar recipe here: http://columbusfoodadventures.com/20...iflower-hummus), your could also try blending silken tofu with herbs/spices/peppers etc to make a dip
I like the tofu-based Sanctuary dressing in Appetite for Reduction and there's a similar recipe available on the Post Punk Kitchen website here: http://www.theppk.com/2011/05/sanctuary-dip/
Mashed beans with a little bit of soy milk (or water) and spices are very good. Plus it's got lots of fiber and protein.
This looks really nice, and quite low fat
