This week I decided to quit coffee, and I went rather crazy from withdrawls. At first my mind felt like mud, as days passed it began to whirl with panic. I tried drinking caffeinated tea, didn't help much.
Today I broke down and went to Starbucks, have had about 4 cups of coffee, and I'm feeling much much much much more normal and sane, though speedy. Which makes me think 1.) thank god 2.) if I'm this addicted, perhaps I should quit??
Any thoughts? What are the real benefits of quitting coffee? Is it worth it? I'm really curious...
