Hi. I´m wondering if you can eat millet raw. If so, do you have to grind it like flaxseed? Or do you have to cook millet to eat it?

I believe you can eat it raw if you sprout it first - I don't think I've ever tried but these people say you can:
Otherwise I would imagine it could be rather chewy/indigestible raw.
agreed harpy - soak, then sprout for maximum goodness huachita.
as to grinding it, i really don't know if you can use it in crackers etc the same way flax/linseeds are used.
