You say you're eating a lot of crap, so why not try eating less crap and more of the good stuff and see if that helps?
Eat plenty of fresh fruit, eat more fresh veg and salads, have beans and...
Pom bears UK website explicitly says not suitable for vegans, but doesn't say why.

Had another thought, a chickpea frittata would make a pretty good substitute for a crustless quiche. Might even be possible to bake it in pastry like a quiche.
That would be really inexpensive.
It's simple in the fact you just chuck it all in the food processor for a few seconds, and it's tried and tested with non-vegans, but yeah the tofu and fake cheese aren't cheap.
You can skip the...
I roughly process a block of firm tofu (smoked is good) with a chopped onion, half a block of cheezly (mix of flavours is good), 1 heaped teaspoon tahini, 4 heaped teaspoons of dairy free cheese...
Cheap soya milk is now labelled with D2 rather than just D, but it's changed to have a strong added flavour and is very off white.
Sainsburys have some huuuuuge discounts on curry sauces and spreads.
Patak's biryani sauce, and vindaloo and phaal sauces are half price at 85p.
Sainsbury's vindaloo sauce was 75% off at about 36p...
Cheap suits are often not made of wool:
The handful I checked on this page, for instance were all polyester/viscose.

The lemon yoghurts look interesting, although the other flavour of that sort was disappointing - not a patch on Alpro.
I would think it was just the starch from the beans thickening up the water.
There's a few vegans in Sittingbourne, Lainey.
Have you been to the Pulse cafe yet? I've not tried it, but my vegan wife, Toni, thought it was OK.
There's a goth vegan couple around as well.
No animals should be bought/sold/bred for human enjoyment.
That said, some rescue animals need to be caged at times for their own or others protection. Obviously cages should be as large as...
We've had a few packs of Whittards coffee creams from the 99p shop :)
Not a strong coffee taste unfortunately.
We bought one of each of those last night.
The Lemon piri-piri burgers are quite tasty. Decent alternative to a nut cutlet burger.
Moroccan spiced ones are OK, but not my favourite.
Our Asda...
They've started doing twin pack bases that aren't as cardboardy as the vacuum packed ones. They are with the flat breads in the bread section. Ingredients are all ok.
I like to add a small amount of sweet mincemeat to the jus-roll croissants before baking.
Watch out it gets hot, though.
I tried jam once, but burned the roof of my mouth so badly that I could...
That does sound mighty tasty!

Sittingbourne H&B finally has a fridge and freezer! This will not do my waistline any favours!
Asda do a fresh soya milk for 60p or so, that has potassium citrate in as an acidity regulator. Only tried it once, and it didn't curdle.
I just found Sunrise Organic Soya Cafe Expert Non Curdle in Tesco. It has acidity regulators in it which are supposed to stop it curdling. Not tried it yet.
It says 6% soya on my carton. So I would say at least 90% is water and somewhere around 60g of soya in the litre.
Surely if the trails were designed to affect the population on the ground they would be less likely to persist thousands of feet up. You would want your chemicals to descend to the ground as quickly...
Clouds are formed when warm wet air rises and cools, or meets cold air.
Warm wet air is created by the sun heating the ground and evaporating water.
Aircraft exhausts are very hot steam and...
Barry Norman's pickled onions.
Yesterday I tried the soy free Cheezly. Had lumps of it in quiche and it melted really nicely. Tastes about the same as the usual soy-based stuff, but looked really good all melted and golden.
We got a 3 pack of Jammie Doggers for 99p in the 99p shop. The outer wrapper had the old ingredients listed, but the packs inside are the new vegan recipe.
But do we really accept food being tested on animals, too?! And I'm almost 100% certain these tests were bought and paid for by the producers of the purple carrots in Queensland.
I'm not saying...
I realise that I appear to be insinuating that someone involved in vivisection has dubious morals and ethics. Oops. I can only apologise to Professor Brown for that.
Sounds like very dodgy research. All they have possibly proved is that adding some veg juice to a diet deficient in veg is healthier for rats. Doesn't sound like they compared purple carrots...
Big wholefood shops should sell the Organica bars.
The Plamil dairy free alternative to milk chocolate bar is very similar, too. I don't know if they changed the recipe but it's smooth and sweet...
Breakfast: Handful of grapes and a banana.
Lunch: Sausage, sage and onion stuffing and tomatoes in a baguette. Banana, 3 satsumas, yoghurt, chocolate dessert.
Dinner: Tabboula inspired quinoa...
Brunch: Huge slice of leftover chkn, mushroom and artichoke pizza, leftover tortilla chips with wholemeal base.
Dinner: Sausages in onion gravy, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, steamed kale,...
We visited My Kitchen this evening - where Cafe Pulse used to be.
It's quite pricey - £4.95 for a starter, £10.50 for a main course.
I had grilled asparagus for starter and tomato and chilli...
I thought the ASDA one was pretty good, but I haven't tried any other mixes so the only thing I had to compare with was ready made falafels (dry and not very nice) and Maoz.
Ammonium Carbonate is smelling salts, hence the irritation....
But, when you heat it, it breaks down into ammonia and carbon dioxide, both gases, which will dissipate, so by the time you get the...
I was just using the term to describe any generic dry veggie sausage mix.
The better ones are pretty close to that cheap frozen sausage meat stuffing.
If you ever liked mini kievs, or cheap...
Filling:
250ml plain yoghurt
100ml vegetable oil (I used canola)
3 large garlic cloves, minced
