I've not eaten much all day and it's just about 7:30pm. I'm not really hungry.
2 pieces of wholewheat toast with Soy Garden spread and Vegemite.
1 Venti soy American Misto.
1 Sicky Rice Roll (like a sausage roll, but instead of pastry, it's sticky rice. You have it filled with your choice of 4 fillings). My fillings were bean curd & bean sprout salad, sweet marinated bean curd, Chinese mushrooms and a piece of Chinese donut.
1/2 salt & pepper pancake.
1 glass of wine.....about to start on another :D

An Americano is espresso shots diluted with water. It's called that because Europeans that drink espresso shots thought Americans diluted their espressos too much; its not really a good term. :D
A misto is half coffee, half steamed soymilk. IT's a cafe au lait in other coffee shops other than starbucks.

I got an iced americano yesterday and it was way better then the regular iced coffee. As long as there's tons of vanilla soy milk I'm happy though!

You should get an iced esspresso, It's not watered down and it'll actually get you going. If you're prone to caffine-sickness you might not want to get many extra shots though...

Now THAT sounds like a healthy and good day! What do you put in your green smoothie? And do you use a blender or juicer? I've always wanted to try a green smoothie. Well, I've put kale into fresh juice before but that's as close as I've come.

I try to green smoothie it up daily. I'm so boring though, I always stick with the same apple, banana and spinach, probably because they are cheap. I do it in a blender, needs a tiny bit of water to get started and then I throw ice in at the end. Kale never blends well I think spinach works better but I have a cheap blender. I feel better on days I have my smoothie. Give it a try!

Thanks for the tips. I have a cheap blender too but I'll give it a go. Maybe I'll even go the extra mile and drag out the juicer.
