B - carrot and melon juice
L - organic vegetable korma curry with white organic rice :)
D - potato curry with broccoli
Lacking very much in fresh fruit and vege. Oh well! :D
Spent all day cooking gluten free vegan food to take away this weekend because I know that I won't be able to buy that anywhere! We are also going to my first BBQ since becoming vegan. Being GF and vegan at a BBQ is going to be rather interesting!

Thankyou :)
The thing is, you don't have to have the regime I do to make a difference. Even going for a 20min walk everyday will change your body if it's more than you're doing now.
If you eat a healthy vegan diet (wholegrains; no refined sugar/flour; complex carbs; no added fats, natural fats like nuts, avocado etc; no caffeine; no junk; a little processed food as possible; plenty of fruit, veg, nuts and seeds) you can eat as much as you like and you'll be fine.

Do you count eating out as having coffee/ snack from a shop or sitting down for a meal? If its sitting down to eat a meal, its been a while for me - maybe since december. It was when my supervisor so kindly took me to a vegan pizza place for my last week of my internship last semester. :) But the restaurants suck in this town so I haven't gone out to eat this semester with the exception of getting food from the restaurant at which I work.
