L: Bagel with peanut butter and gherkin
D: Linda McCartney pie with kale, spinach, carrot, mushrooms, gravy
Blackberry and pear crumble with icecream

2 toast with PB, flaxseeds and 2 chopped bananas
2 toast with soya spread
2 bags of crisps
Spicy brown rice with carrots, greens and kidney beans
Loads of water
5 cans of cider

coffee + soya milk
elderflower bread + strawberry jam
redcurrants + soya yogurt
grilled veg (aubergine, courgette, mushrooms, red pepper)
grilled spicy tofu
chickpea flatbread
2 peaches + lemon sorbet
sunflower seed bread + beetroot and horseradish spread
salad
some dark chocolate and a cup of tea to come whilst enjoying the beautiful evening outside on the pattio :)

2 rolls with tapenade and tomatoes
small salad of tomatoes and cucumber
some bread sticks with sesame, dipped in hummus
keep your fingers crossed, all of today's solid food stayed inside so far...

yesterday...
brunch: scrambled tofu w/ tomato, onion, mushroom & green pepper, multigrain bagel w/ pb, oj, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
snack: salt & pepper kettle chip crumbs
dinner: black beans & white rice, fried yucca w/ ketchup, sweet plantains

just ate almost half a bread with 3 small bars of chocolate, damn
started off well with melon and banana for breakfast
raw zuchinni, chickpeas, linseed, sunflowerseeds and cucumber for lunch
nuts as a snack

-banana strawerry smoothie w/ hemp oil, vega, peach flavoured tofu, soy milk, and oj w/ calcium

yesterday...
breakfast: grits w/ eb & ricemilk
lunch: grilled portobello & zucchini, pasta salad, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
dinner: sandwich (three seed whole grain bread, hickory tofurkey, tofutti american slice, baby greens, plum tomatoes, vegenaise, dijon mustard), carrot sticks & green pepper strips w/ goddess dressing
snacks: dry cheerios, popcorn

breakfast: smoothie: 2 bananas, 2 apples, handful of berries, tbsp of cacao powder, some water
lunch and dinner: raw zuchinni sandwich, gingerbread, gingerbread sandwich, gingerbread, half a bar of dark chocolate.
really want a fag now

Ever have one of those days when you just can't stop eating? Because I am right now.
- Half papaya with lime
- 4 granola bars with walnut butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon
- 4 slices sprouted wheat bread
- Avocado, tomato, and tahini sahdnwich on sprouted wheat bread
... it's 3:38 PM right now, and I woke up at 1 PM, and have been eating nonstop since. AHHHH!

two freshly baked rolls with tapenade + tomatoes
about 1/4 giant water melon (we were called "the melon ladies" today at work)
some breadsticks with sesame and hummus
two servings (finally, food!) fusili with boscaiola sauce
(mushroom/tomato sauce with a lot of all the lovely new herbs from my windowsill)
soon to have a small bowl Thai noodle soup
Still far from balanced, but I'm scared of proteiny and fatty foods still.

I have been eating really badly lately... not so much unhealthy as unbalanced, and kind of starve and binge... not on purpose at all. I've been working A LOT. 85 hours last week. This week so far I've gotten 48 hours in 3 days. and I need to go shopping.
today so far.
1/2 pb sandwich, coffee w soy milk.
rice with soy sauce and broccoli.
coupla spoons of split peas. (forgot to bring anything to season them w... gross)
i dont know what to eat now... again, I need to go shopping.

It's okay - I used to eat them all the time when I was growing up - my favourite now is a vegemite sandwich on wholemeal bread with plain salted crisps...
Okay, just pass the cider and we'll forget the whole thing...

Wow! 85 hours is a looooong work week. I work 40 hours and that's hard enough. If you don't mind me asking, what kind of work do you do?

lunch: tofurkey sandwich (same as yesterday), carrot sticks & green pepper strips w/ thousand island, tangerine orange tea
dinner: steamed zucchini, tofu pot pie
snack: rice crackers

It's okay - I used to eat them all the time when I was growing up - my favourite now is a vegemite sandwich on wholemeal bread with plain salted crisps...
i like crisp sandwiches too, although i like mine with salad cream :)
this is what i had yesterday:
coffee with soya milk
fruit & fibre cereal with soya milk
Bugsy sandwich
packet of crisps
strawberry ripple ice cream cone :D
spaghetti with veggie mince bolognese
1 piece of wholemeal bread with soya margarine
fruit salad with soya yogurt
lots of water during the day

yesterday:
banana, apple, clementine
bit of rye bread, a lot of blackberries. Alpro peach and pear yoghurt, and caramel desert
garlic and coriander naan with houmous and plain soya yoghurt, and a salad
licorice, a few squares of green and balcks mint chocolate, bourbon biscuits
lots of juice and water.

Crisps/ a few olives
2 rounds of wholemeal toast with tomato, cucumber and plamil mayo
2 Linda McCartney sausages with brocolli, carrots and greens with lemon juice and flaxseeds
Chocolate bar
2 toast and soya spread
8 cups green tea - I feel weird and anxious actually I have had too much caffeine today
Lots of water
